I am not a doctor nor am I a health professional of any capacity…so I am not here to dispense medical knowledge and advice. I have my MEd and have been an avid reader/researcher all of my life. Willing to try new things and methods…some work, some don’t. When you haven’t had health insurance for many years, you endeavor to live a healthy lifestyle and to keep your family and pets healthy as well.
Many in my age group already are taking several meds on a daily basis…I take none and don’t plan to any time soon. I was caregiver for my parents 24/7 for 7 years before they passed and am well aware of the challenges we all face as we and our loved ones get older.
In this blog, I will write about various health habits that I presently do and new topics that arise…and sifting out the ones that are questionable.
